Christmas Eve Day

Its a beautiful day to enjoy Christmas Eve, we didn't have anything planned for the afternoon, so we just went into Waco, stopped at the Swap Meet, it was open, but not a lot of vendors.  Still fun to watch the people, and see the stuff thats for sell.  We went to a unique little store called the Appaloosa Trading Post, a very interesting store full of Texas style furniture, and decor.

This one is old, hence the white faded fur.

So the store, actually has an Appaloosa Ranch that was founded in 1950's
they brought the first Registered Appaloosa's to Texas.
Owner said the ranch is about 5 miles our of Waco,
he invited Elder Gibson and I to the Ranch.

This was a fun stop!!  We enjoyed the visit with the Owner of the store, he shared the history of his Ranch and Trading Post.   We sure do have fun meeting new people, and sharing why we our serving in Texas on our Mission.
